Data Deletion Instructions

Request the deletion of your data

Kayanac Connect processes messages and profile information only for the business accounts explicitly connected to our platform. To request deletion of data associated with you:

• Send an email to support@kayanac.net.
• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Include the Facebook/Instagram name or WhatsApp number you used to contact the business, so we can locate your data.

We will process your request and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain some information for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. We will confirm by email once completed.

If you removed our app via your Facebook settings, an automated deletion request is also sent to us and processed the same way.

كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

تعالج منصّة كيانك كونكت الرسائل وبيانات البروفايل فقط للحسابات التي رَبَطتها الشركات صراحةً. لطلب حذف البيانات المرتبطة بك:

• أرسل بريدًا إلى support@kayanac.net.
• اجعل عنوان الرسالة: Data Deletion Request.
• اذكر اسمك على فيسبوك/انستجرام أو رقم الواتساب الذي تواصلت به مع الشركة حتى نتمكن من إيجاد بياناتك.

سنعالج طلبك ونحذف البيانات المرتبطة نهائيًا خلال 30 يومًا، ما لم يُطلب منّا الاحتفاظ ببعضها لأغراض قانونية. وسنؤكد لك عبر البريد عند الانتهاء.
